The National 4-H Youth Leadership Technology Team was one of those groups that really got me
interested into technology. After applying to attend the National 4-H Conference and being
selected as a member of the Tech Team, I was really enthusiastic of being on a task force to
promote technology in 4-H. Part of our missions was to develop and update the
National 4-H Conference Website as well as the
National 4-H Web. In 1998, when my term began, I was put
in charge of redesigning the National 4-H Web and also co-administrator of the National 4-H
Chat.
 During my year on the National 4-H Technology Team, I had the fortunate opportunity to represent
4-H at the Tech Expo '98 in Las Angeles, Calinfornia. This opened a huge door for me to the
numerous networking opportunities available as well as being able to coordinate and help with
technical experitise for the keynote speaker.
